1 Before beginning the treatment, we suggest that you take a refreshing shower
2 sit in the sauna on the bench, letting your uncovered skin perspire. Every once in a while, use the ladle to pour water from the pale onto the red-hot stones to generate steam and to increase body perspiration.
3 exit the sauna, take a cold bath or shower and if possible, swim (with a bathing suit)
4 return to the sauna for a second session
5 exit the sauna to wash your body thoroughly with cool water.
6 rest in an airy space for about 20 minutes, drink tea or juice
precautions
there are no particular contraindications if there are no serious illnesses present such as cardiopathy and epilepsy.
A medical check-up is suggested for pregnant women.
